From may 13th to May 15th 2009 FICE-Iternational's federal council was held in Sorö, Denmark. This was a wonderful opportunity for our president to put her signature under a memorandum of understanding between SOS, IFCO and FICE for future cooperation on Quality4Children, www.quality4children.org.
